Unlocking Potential: Facilitating the Transition Process for Students with Autism
The focus of this module is on supporting middle and high school students with autism by unlocking their potential and facilitating their transition process. The learner objectives include broadening perspectives on student strengths through tools that highlight these strengths across four themes, integrating these strengths into transition planning, discovering resources to enhance skills, and exploring opportunities to connect with agencies for additional support and resources.
